Methods for taking UWorld question blocks

When people recommend doing the UWorld blocks as timed and random, do they also mean that they choose to do all the possible questions, or just the unused ones? I'm about halfway through my first pass of the bank and I've gotten many repeats on my blocks, and I think that's just falsely inflating my scores on them. Any ideas?

I always assumed unused for the first pass... Then you can go back and do incorrects (or reset the whole thing and start over).
