I just got one, i heard they prescreen, I wonder how many people get one, I hope it's a good sign...

yes they do pre creen... for out of state the cut off is a 3.6 I am not sure about other details

Their website lists a 3.6 GPA cutoff for out-of-state students. Nobody can be sure if this is enforced very strictly or not, but I would imagine they use a computer to weed out anyone below 3.6.
