does anyone know when or how michigan or penn send out acceptences. is it the first of dec or do they mail it so you get it on the first.

Penn mails theirs out a couple of days prior so that your acceptance comes on or shortly after December 1st. ---- Hang in there, it's just a few days away! 😀
