I just got an email getting some love from Michigan. I'll be interviewing Nov. 2nd. They also said something about MMIs (mini 1-on-1 interviews), if anybody who has already interviewed could let me know what to expect and if I need to do anything to prepare it would be appreciated.

For the MMI's.... i'm not sure how well you can prepare for the questions they ask you - theyre kind of ethical and opinion based questions, not how much you know about dentistry. Maybe brush up on your knowledge of current trends in insurance and trends in heatlcare policy.

You can't really prepare that much... there is no right or wrong answer to the questions. If you give your best opinion and can back up your answer you will be fine. The interviewers just want to see that you can think and form an opinion on a situation. It was very interesting and different! Nice change of pace.
