I read that anyone doing an Allopathic Residency in Michigan must first do an Osteopathic rotating internship. Does anyone know if this is factual?

Any DO wanting to do an Allopathic residency in Michigan must do a traditional rotating internship first. The programs in Michigan will not even talk to you until you are in your internship year. The programs here are very DO friendly though once you are done.
