we covered 1000s of terms in anatomy, so what do we need to focus on in anatomy?
which chapters should we focus on in microbiology?

Yeah unfortunately that is true. Every PCAT test is different so there is no saying what they will put on there. If you want to study smart, it's probably best to study the major organs and some basics about each. If you have time, you can go back and study more in depth.
