Google this shiz noob. MIC = Minimum Inhibitory concentration = meaning the minimum amount of antibiotic required to prevent bacterial growth

MBC = Minimum Bactericidal concentration = meaning the minimum amount of antibiotic required to kill the bacteria.

MIC = 100mg
MBC= 200mg (you would actually have to do more tests to get the exact amount but for this nub level question this answer should suffice)

Microbiology Major / FLEX / SUP?

Patient: Would I be able to take this with milk?
Pharmacist: "Google this shiz noob."

...

That's different broski. The patient has no desire to be a pharmacist. I'll fix the example for you.

Noob Prospective Pharmacist: How does penicillin work?
Non-lazy prospective pharmacist: Google that shiz noob.

I thought I made my point really clear.

Here,
-No one deserves to be treated that way

Jackson was very polite and brave for asking a question that he did not understand. Some people probably would not even care to go back and learn their mistakes. Jackson, I applaud you for that. 👍

With that attitude, Jackson will not be a noob pharmacist in the future. I believe a good pharmacist should always be eager to help and teach their fellow pharmacists and patients. Knowledge is not for showing off, but for helping others.

Jackson, feel free to ask more questions.
