What is the census on the best/most popular micro book out there?

A lot of people seem to like Micro Made Ridiculously Simple. That one didn't work for me but I have found Lange Review of Medical Microbiology & Immunology to be wonderful. It has lots of review questions to check your learning as well.

CMMRS is great but for board review FA/UW is most efficient

micro cards are awesome if you are a flashcard kinda person. are you seeking a book for class or for step review?

CMMRS all the way, it gives you a lot of ideas on how to remember factoids.
best book out of the MRS series.
