I don't think they start accepting people on the waiting list until after their last mcv. I think their last one is in April or May. I am not 100% positive though.

i agree, I don't think Midwestern start accept/reject people from waitlist yet..I have been waiting to hear some news for a long long time, but nothing since Jan- Iwas placed on waitllist...Lately, there is NOT much discussion about Midwestern, so i am guessing people are still waiting
