Do we complete one secondary app for both Midwestern AZ and Midwestern IL?

It's two separate applications that are basically the same. The only difference is the "why here?" question referring to AZ and IL respectively.

They have entirely separate admissions comittees so I don't think it's a big deal if you use the same words for the prompts, but people have their different opinions on that.
