Tell them why they should pick you! In other words...why do you want to be a dentist? Don't make anything up, just be completely honest and tell them why you want dentistry as your life-long career

If your answer is YES then it should be a very easy question.
If your answer is NO then think about what you have done in your past, EC, friends, family, incidents...etc.

Why are you interested in their school? What qualitites do you have that you feel would be an asset to their school? What beliefs do you and and the school have in common?

Just talk about your experiences in life...how they've tailored you to become a dentist, or during your time of dental experience...did anything "spark" letting you know that dentistry is the profession for you, you don't have to come up with some superman story getting them to want to fan you with giant leaves...just tell them why they'd be glad to pick you...why would you be another success story for them to add to their resume?

basically what i put was..

-desire to help those in need
-good location, really nice campus, nice facilities
- good weather (dry heat)
- nice place for cycling

i only applied to the AZ campus. i submitted my supp around 8/2

was your answers for that question significant different for midwestern AZ and IL?
when looking at their websites, there isnt a lottt different between the two campuses right??

also! for those who got interviews for AZ or IL already, when did you submit your supplemental and when did you receive the interview?

I made my answers a little bit different for both
for az i submit my supplemental app on july 19th and got the interview on 8/9
for il i submit on july 20th and i havent heard anything from them yet
