I'm filling out the Midwestern Supplemental and I had a few questions:
1. On the pre-req checklist, if you retook a class that you didn't do well in or dropped, should you list both times you took it or just your final grade
2. Under Social/Behavioral Sciences and General Education electives, should you list every class you've taken or just enough to show that you took the number of hours required
3. When they ask why are you interested in a career in pharmacy, should this differ drastically from what you wrote in your personal statement? I feel as if when I answer this essay, it will be hard to write something that doesn't sound like my personal statement.

Thanks!

i'm not sure about the retake class so maybe you can call the school to ask about that.

For the social/behavioral - i just listed enough to fulfill the number of hours required.

third, for that essay its similar to my personal statement but i wrote a whole new essay for that question. Keep in mind they probably read the PS and supplemental so you shouldn't just copy and paste.
