I will be a third year medical student at Midwestern University in Glendale, AZ. I have a gorgeous, newer house right next to campus. It's 5 bedroom/3 full bath. I'm looking for responsible, CLEAN roommates. The owner is a realtor, so there are incentives if you rent a room and then buy a house through him. Oh yeah, the house is huge, has a pool, wireless internet, and optional garage parking. I look forward to hearing from you 🙂

How much is it for one bedroom? and what does this include?

One bedroom is $495 + $90 for utilities. It includes all utilities, cable, high speed wireless internet. Of course you have unlimited use of the the rest of the house and the pool.
