Looking for ballparks (I know these can be wildly variable) for compensations after various gyn surgical fellowships - UroGyn and GynOnc I know are usually accredited fellowships, but minimally invasive gynecologic surgery (laparoscopic, robotic, etc.) is a relatively new fellowship gaining some recognition currently.

Does anyone know ballpark monetary compensation numbers for all of these surgical fellowship subspecialties? I know gynonc and urogyn have been discussed on other threads, but I'm particularly interested in MIGS, and would like to see what people say comparatively in this forum setting. Sometimes it's difficult to come right out and ask attendings what these numbers will be like, especially as a medical student.

Thanks! 😀

Going to be very dependent on location of the country for all of these.

MIGS isn't going to pay much more than a generalist position coming out of fellowship. So depending on what part of the country you're looking, that's going to be between 175-250K.

Urogyn is still trying to find its place in some programs - the board certification will help with this. You're probably looking 250-350K.

Gyn onc (which I know the most about, since I'm currently finishing fellowship) is very dependent on location of the country. Northeast 300-350K, South and West 400K+.
