Hey all. Anyone hear how Minnesota informs applicants of acceptances?

Anyone else apply here?

I'm pretty sure they said they will phone you if you have an acceptance, snail mail if you do not. Good luck.

A Lot Of People From Minnesota Are Already Accepted. Rolling Admission. Those Are The People That They Really Want At Minnesota. The Rest Are Just Normal People Who Have To Wait Till Dec 1

I actually am accepted through the Early Decision Program...I found out in June. However, we still get regular acceptance letters on Dec 1st like all non-EDP applicants. My EDP acceptance letter said that they will be mailing out LETTERS on Dec 1st, but who knows--a phone call surely would be more prompt. And EDP applicants only make up 30% of the entering class, so it's by no means full!

While the class is by no means full thirty percent is a large number, but those who are accepted through the EDP earned their spots. I believe the class that started this fall had ~ 19 EDP. I think 22 were accepted, but a few either were dropped or deferred. As for acceptance procedures, in the past they have emailed accepted applicants on December 1 and sent out a registered letter.
