Hello! I recently took the MN MPJE and passed with an 80. Here is what I studied:
-MN Statues
-MN Board of Pharmacy Rules
-Pharmacyexam questions- 150 questions with explanations- I have this for sale if anyone still needs it. It's a link so you will get it instantly
-I would study the sterile compounding section in RxPrep or any other pharmacy book- I wasn't expecting so many questions related to sterile compounding on mine but I had several. This may or may not be on yours but this is something I didn't really study and it ended up being on my MPJE.
-DEA Pharmacist Manual
-Any Federal law book.

The wording on the MPJE of Minnesota is horrible so be prepared for that. Any law book that works like a workbook where you have to write down the MN requirements is helpful. I took a week to study for it using the RXPrep MPJE online course and book (the book was the most helpful). I used that and the Rules and Statues for the state and did just fine. Good luck....and remember....law can be difficult so either take your time and make sure you are ready for anything (even if it seems like it is written in latin) or go when you are comfortable and do not beat yourself up if you do not pass the first time.

Did you study any specific parts of the statutes and Rules? They both are looong and I don't think I can cover everything. Also, when you referred to the book as being the most helpful, did you mean the RxPrep book? I don't have a copy so not sure which one you're talking about. Thanks.

There is a separate book that you get when you buy the MPJE review from RxPrep. But any book or online worksheet that allows you to fill out what is different state to state. One thing I did look at is the controlled substance classification for the state (for example, WI can sell codeine containing cough syrup without a script but have to keep a log similar to that of sudafed, in MN that is not allowed). Also, who can prescribe and what they can prescribe. Tech to pharmacist ratio and those type of things. Honestly, MN law is very similar to federal law.
