WTF is up with this form that needs to be filled out by all of your letter writers. Does anyone know if this is a must? Wasn't that email random? There was no new information in it... 👎

which email are you referring to? I know that the form is required to be filled out. Have you recieved the secondary in the mail already? If so, what does the form look like?

I agree, WTF is up with schools sending stupid emails, (getting my hopes up) and just saying we received your PS? 😡 I KNOW you received my PS because AMCAS told me you did.
From now on I only want emails that are invites to secondaries 😛

I got that email too. It's a long form that MUST be included with your letters of recommendation. Basically an evaluation form. WTF??! Aren't the letters enough?? I haven't even spoken to one of my letter writers in over a year!

Exactly, these people have better things to do. At least you can email the form...which screams forgery. These people at minnesota are stupid

This thread died like a month ago but I didn't get a U of M secondary 'til like last week so I'm running behind.

Nonetheless, I want to b!tch for a moment:

The extra form to hand to my letter writers (who I asked for letters from last April, like the good little pre-med that I am...) is fricking pissing me off. I know there is no way in hell any of my letter writers are gonna get it in within a few weeks for the deadline.

And most of all I feel bad bugging them again. I can bug my current boss, because I see her everyday anyways, but I don't want to ask, for example, the prof I did research with 2 years ago, across the country, to pretty please write more stuff about how great I am.
