Minnesota Supp Confusion

So I "submitted" my supp and paid the fee around August 20th and it says submitted on that day. The app also says closed. However, when I go to the checklist, it says Work Experience - Missing and has the triangle incomplete symbol and the bottom of the page says "This application has not yet been completed".

Did the supp go through successfully? Was there supposed to be a supp recieved email? I tried emailing and calling the school and got no response

did you remember to do that essay at the bottom of the experiences tab? about shadowing and stuff?
