I am so excited to have been accepted to two amazing veterinary schools, but I am genuinely torn about which one to choose.

I would love to learn about the pros and cons of Auburn's CVM, as well as the culture, the curriculum, and the environment. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

I have heard nothing but good things about Minnesota! I fell in love with the program during the application process through the various webinars, interviews, and student/faculty panels. Realistically, though, I don't know if I can justify the OOS tuition when my IS school has just as good a program.

Don’t have any insight into either school, but I’d say compare the tuition differences for sure! Congratulations on your acceptances!!

there were many vets that i shadowed growing up that went to auburn & loved it!! but i do always think you should go with your cheapest option!

I graduated from Minnesota last year and loved my time there. The didactic curriculum has changed a lot since I went through it (I was in a dual program and they did a curriculum overhaul while I was working on my other degree), so I can't really speak to that as much as some of the current UMN students who post on here.

Minnesota's OOS tuition is very steep though, and that should be a consideration for you.

My boyfriend of 5 years goes to Auburn, and so do many of my best friends from highschool. I've heard many many positive things about Auburn as a school. Campus is beautiful, and I love the ambiance personally. Obv I havent' been there for vet school yet, but I can at least speak to a good environment and I go there at least once a month
