Between U of Minnesota (Twin Cities) and Temple U (campus unknown), which do you think is generally a better school and why?

I'm OOS, but I think Minnesota is a better school anyway. I just wanted to hear the input of others.

Minnesota, but I also applied there (OOS) so I can't be totally unbiased. Minnesota asks on the secondary what ties you have to the state - do you have any? I didn't and I feel as though that hurt me - I was rejected very quickly after my secondary was submitted. I'm pretty bummed about it too since I love the state and would have loved a chance to interview.

I spent my undergrad years at Minnesota and LOVED it. You really can't go wrong here.

I'm sorry to hear that; I heard that ties are typically essential for OOSers. I have fairly strong ties, I think.
