I'm not sure what to in the section of AACOMAS that asks about misdemeanors. I got a misdemeanor charge at 16 for throwing water balloons at a cop. I know I had to pay a fine and go to some class.... I may have even went before a judge I don't really remember as it was over 10 yrs ago. I do believe that one of my friends who was with me hired a lawyer and eventually they got the misdemeanor removed and we even got the fines refunded.... The problem is I don't really remember and the details are very fuzzy. Do I include this information and just recall it to the best I can?
Also, I am a Utah resident where moving traffic violations are Class C Misdemeanors. Over the past 11 yrs I have had 3 moving violations. Age 16, failure to come to a complete stop at a stop sign. At age 19, improper lane travel. Then last year in May I got my first speeding ticket, 43 in a 35 zone or something like that. I am fairly certain all these tickets are misdemeanors, but I no longer have records of them and the first two didn't show up on my state driving record.
I am leaning towards just including all this info to be safe.... but not sure if that is the best way to go.... any advice??
