I'm currently licensed as a tech in Tennessee, but since I'm working for CVS and there are no stores in Memphis, CVS has moved me to a store in Mississippi. I've been looking through the paperwork for applying for a Mississippi license, and it looks like technicians are not allowed to take new prescriptions? Is this true, if so, how much backlog does it create for the pharmacist if he/she has to take all the new RXs?
