Hey guys,

My middle name is different by one letter in my passport compared to my driver's license. I had spelled it the same as my driver's license when I signed up but I happened to lose my license and now I need to use my passport as identification. Do you think this will be a problem?

Thanks in advance

Haven't taken the exam yet myself; but based on my past dealing with Prometric and such, you may want to give them a call regarding this matter.

Thanks. I was finally able to get through to somebody at Prometric and they said the middle name is not important at all. I just panicked for no reason 😀

haha, thats good to know. Now I feel the need to look at my ticket, to may sure all's in order. heh.

i had a friend in a similar situation to you. he showed up the day of the exam and had to postpone his exam by over a month to get it corrected. he was pretty damn pissed. i guess they are more strict in NYC.

my full name was so long that they only included 4 letters of my middle name, on the ticket. so when i showed up at the testing center, my passport had 4 more letters than what the ticket said. fortunately, the people at the prometric center didn't care.

who knows, you might have the same experience.
