Mistake in AMCAS Work/Activities

One of my MME is clinical volunteering at a free clinic, and I just realized that I said that I volunteered there for 2 years (6/2022-6/2024), when I actually did 3 (6/2021-6/2024).
Would it be worth emailing/updating the ADCOMs about this, or should I just let it be..?

You got a pimple. You don't need to tell people, "LOOK AT MY PIMPLE!"

We tell people not to rush submitting their application for reasons like this. Once it's submitted, let it go.

if the number of hours is correct, that you did the hours over 2 years (what it looks like) or three years (what is true) makes no difference. Leave that pimple alone. No need to draw attention to it.
