i have literally had nightmares about this, and now its a living crap hole. I have a small mistake in my personal statement where i forgot to add an " in" in a sentence. My app has been verified and schools have received it, and now im just in total dumbfounded shock. I dont know what to do and where to go from here.


Will this impact my interview/acceptances?


How can i get this problem rectified?

lol, are you serious?

you are lucky if they even remotely skim through your statement.

you can write a BS sentence in the middle of your statement like .. 'i also like to eat babies' .. and 99% of the time they won't catch it.

think about it, they gotta go through hundreds of these statements, and most likely won't catch your 'in'.

i forgot the word "and". I don't think it's going to affect me. Don't worry. they will read your app in 10min and be like yay or nay. If I learned anything in psychology, they will probably fill in the gap in their heads and move on.

its gonna look like you can't proof read OR
you didn't have anyone proof read it OR
you did have someone proof read it, and you ignored their comments (bad direction taker) OR
I am just kidding, your fine dude lol, chances are, they aren't gonna notice it much.

I like this statistic, but I think more people should test it out, just to make sure it's accurate.

while i was reading the beginning of your reply i was killing my self LOL. I just feel like a ***** cause i had atleast 4 people read it, and seems like its not so noticeable i guess.
