Mizzou vs. UIUC vs. VMCVM

Hi all!

My brain is melting a bit. I know Mizzou should be the obvious choice as I'm OOS for all three. Putting that aside, I'd like to compare the curricula of each school since they are all so different (2+2, giant block, spiral). Any input would be appreciated.

Some quick stats I looked up (double check these with the schools to ensure they are UTD): about ~100k a year at Mizzou, ~92k a year at VMCVM, and UIUC is ~82k a year. So, financially UIUC is best. They all have similar 2024 NAVLE pass rates: 91% for VMCVM, 90% for UIUC, and 95% for Mizzou.

I cannot speak much for the curriculum because I haven't started school yet, but having a fully pass/fair curriculum like VMCVM is a big bonus in my book.

Go to the cheapest school. Those differences in curriculum aren’t going to be a significant thing in the long run, all the schools have a fine NAVLE pass rate so they’re clearly all effective.

I am a current Mizzou student (also OOS) - if you have any specific questions about the curriculum/what it is like to go here, let me know!
The process to get IS residency at Mizzou is SUPER easy - like pretty much everyone who applies for it gets it unless they blatantly didn't follow instructions. I can send you the requirements/info on coa as OOS vs IS if that is something you need.
Totally agree with above - 100% go to the cheapest school!
