Please tell this is way harder than Step 2 CK! These questions are tough! Would I be better served just sticking with Kaplan Q-Book? Thanks

Yes, I think MKSAP2 is much harder than Step 2. MKSAP is great for getting your arse kicked in IM. But it only covers specific IM topics. You'll need other study sources for more general IM, as well as: OB/GYN, Peds, surgery, etc. Definitely use it. Just don't rely solely on using it for IM studying, much less Step 2.
