St. Kate's in MN is ranked 21st or 22nd by US news for OT. I think it's a good program, but pretty expensive. I attended the open house and I think overall the program and school are very good.
UMN is a newer program but ranked 62nd or something. I attended the open house and decided against is since they have what is called a Hybrid program. Part of the course is online. I didn't think that was good enough for paying close to $45K for the entire program.
St. Scholastica in Duluth MN is pretty good, but the winters are very harsh - compared to Minneapolis.
UW-Madison is ranked pretty high - 13th? I think they need GRE. I have not heard much about the program.
