Does the DAT go very in-depth into molecular genetics? I just read over and took notes on the molecular genetics chapter of fer-alis' notes and I feel like I don't know half of what he's talking about. My test is scheduled September 10th...should I be stressed about this? Should I cover every minute detail or should I just understand the big concepts? I know the big processes, but it's the PCR methods and bulky stuff at the end of the chapter I'm not familiar with.

Simply be familiar with what these tests do....such as Microarrays, PCR, electrophoresis. No details needed, but the general concept.

Hope this helps..
