Do programs interview applicants on Monday? I haven't been offered a single Monday yet - is interviewing on Monday sacrilege or something?

i have 4 interviews on Mondays. I'm applying for Med/Peds.
 
I've got an interview Monday (this Monday) down in Philadelphia for General Surgery.
