Which schools notify about status exclusively on their webpage (i.e. do not also send an e-mail or phone call). It would nice to have a list of the schools that need to be monitored for status changes.

So far as I have noticed: Brown, Northwestern (only notify when secondary is complete), Penn, Stanford (same as Northwestern), UCLA, and Vermont.

Penn has a status page, but they say that they'll email interview invites.

So once complete at schools, we don't need to keep checking status, right?

Are there any schools that would notify on the status website before phone/email/letter?

In theory, right. But checking status pages is addictively fun, isn't it?

hahaha... for me, it's anything *but fun.... I keep expecting to see a 'You're rejected' note in big, red block letters.

two words: you crazy*

*after looking at your mdapp profile, I don't think that should be your concern - you'll do great!

Thanks! Though, I've already been rejected from Tri-I. Oh well...

Ummmm... Cornell only rejected you because Harvard and JHU already called dibs. You don't want to go to a school that's intimidated by a little peer pressure anyway...
