Hey does anyone have a good list of the Mabs we should know for Step 1? Especially considering the rumors that the upcoming Step 1s are going to have more immuno focus the Mabs seem like good things to know because it will have immuno connection as well as many other fields.

They are all over the place in FA however

They are mostly on page 217 of FA 2011

Muromonab-CD3(OKT3)-CD3-Prevent transplant rejection
Daclizumab- IL-2 receptor- Prevent acute rejection of renal transplant
Digoxin Immune Fab- Digoxin- Antidote for digoxin intoxication
lnfliximab-TNF-alpha- Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis,
ankylosing spondylitis
Adalimumab- TNF-alpha- Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis
Abciximab- Glycoprotein IIb/IIIa- Prevent Cardiac ischemia in unstable angina and in patients treated with percutaneous coronary intervention
Trastuzumab (Herceptin)- erb-B2- HER-2- over expressing breast cancer
Rituximab- CD20- B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Bevacizumab- VEGF- Metastatic colon Ca, Metastatic non-small cell lung Ca., Metastatic breast Ca, Metastatic Renal Cell Ca., Recurrent GBM

Of course i would put the table actually in First aid at a higher priorty then this list. The rest are just ones i have come across while doing various questions.
