I'm curious to see if anyone else on here takes Mass Open Online Courses, MOOCS. If you've never heard of them, they're free online college classes that give you a certificate of completion if you pass. There's no credit involved. But I think it's good to brush up on things during breaks!
I'm currently enrolled in a pretty good one from the U of Edinburgh! Do you guys take these classes? And do you think you will put them on your resume as a sort of professional development?

Free online classes? I have never heard of them, but if they are helpful could you send me the info? I'm going to start vet school in January and will have been out of a classroom for a year (not a long time I know) so if there is something that could help get me into the study setting again I'm game.

Check out coursera.com they have a nice variety of classes.

I am taking one from there - didn't put it on my resume or anything (yet). Hmm, maybe. I think they are great even though there is no credit involved. (wish there was!)

Coursera is what I use!
