Anyone know if American residents w/ unrestricted licenses can moonlight in Canada? My programs extremely close to the Windsor border and would love to earn some extra $$.

(I'm a dual national.)

You need appropriate licensure from the CPSO so... maybe. So if you've done the LMCC part 2 or whatever provincial requirements exist, it's certainly possible.

Hmm thank you for the suggestions.

Since i've pursued the ACGME route, I wouldn't have the LMCC/MCCQE etc. done (whichever other Canadian exams), but I understand Step 1/2/3 are considered "equivalent", which I do have done.

I checked the CPSO website but things are far too convoluted too determine if unrestricted licensed, non-board certified American's can practice part time in Canada/Ontario.

Assuming you haven't finished residency, no. You would have to finish residency and hold both your US licence and your specialty certificate (e.g., family medicine) before you can even apply for a practice licence in Ontario.
