When you guys moonlight, what paperwork and documentation do you ask for copies of from those employing you?

Copies of malpractice insurance if they are providing it? what else would be good to have?

Keep copies of your application packet for privileges plus anything you've signed and so forth. I tend to hold on to any information packets they send you regarding salary or other arrangements.
