More info on verifiers

Hey guys,
Where in the primary application can you provide contact information about verifiers for the 15 activities that you are listing? I see a field for name and contact's title, but no field for telephone # or email address or mailing address. Where do we provide this information?

you don't need to; some secondaries require it though...

One can add it at the end of the narrative section which describes the activity. It isn't required, but it's nice to see.
