More Science???

Ok...here's a question. Say you are not a science major and you took all of the pre-req's, one year of Bio, GenChem, OChem, and Physics. Will dental schools look down on that? Should you try to take more than just the pre-req's, even if you have shadowing experience and decent GPA and DAT scores?
 
It depends on school you are applying to. Harvard, UCSF,
and some schools like that (research oriented) want
you to have research, good grades and DAT score, community
service, and shadowing experience. Most schools spell-out
their requirements. More you have, better you are off/.

I'm in the exact same position you are. The best thing to take would probably be biochem. But since my school isn't offering it in spring i'll probably end up taking anatomy.
You should get the "ADEA official guide to dental schools" which details what suggested courses every school recomends besides the pre-reqs
