Does anyone know of any financial institutions in the South Bend area that offer a physician loan? I'm looking for 100% financing with no PMI and my credit score is over 800. My salary (with housing allowance) will be $57K.

I'd suggest if you really want a physician loan to look in the threads already started or in the mortgage thread. Many lenders have been mentioned including compass, doctorloan, BOA and more.

With that credit you can also go conventionally ... physician loans aren't your only option.
