On the secondary apps, both schools have the same questions and it looks like the mailing address is central for both schools. Would it be OK to write pretty much the same answers?

I think it would look a little off if you didn't use the same answers. You can't get in trouble for quoting yourself, after all. As with any secondary just make sure the answers are well thought out and composed.
