Seems like Path would be the most valuable. I am close to completing the Path portion of Q-Bank. What about Physio, Biochem, Anat, Neuro, Behav ect..... Rank order?

I think the behavioral q's are just way way too picky. I think i finished w/ a 70% behavioral average in qbank but I've taken 2 comprehensive basic science tests and the online CBSSA and crushed the behavioral section each time. I think the path section is helpful since they have many 'random' diseases or twists on diseases that most of us probably haven't seen before or thought about before. I think it's probably the most helpful. That and the micro is helpful, too.

from my may 26th exam (prepped by completing 'bout 93% of qbank's questions), here's my 2 cents...
roughly in this order:
Path/Physio/Pathophysio: do 'em and review them!
Biochem (great! tho my exam's biochem questions were medium in number and rather straightforward)
Micro: super detailed oriented, but get's your brain thinking in that way.
Behavoral/biostats is good b/c tho not really representative of the questions I had on the actual exam (qbank was way too long winded), the explanations really get you thinking in that stupid but hi-yield "this-is-the-R.I.G.H.T-course-of-action" mode. (lame, but it is what it is)
Pharm (micro pharm questions are way too picky. another ex: qbank had very little on lipid drugs and my test for some bizarre reason had 4-5 questions on this topic alone. doing qbank is proably worthwhile but knowing 1st-aid pharm cold is much better in those few days before test day)
Anatomy was helpful tho as you probably know, you won't get that many total anatomy q's on the exam itself. I had a couple of questions straight outta q-bank.
Histo/Cell bio (nearly a waste of time!)

Every stats question I had came right outta FA...AND, every stats question my classmates have gotten has come from there too...BUT, like has been posted here numerous times: The plural of anecdote is not data.

I didnt think that the anatomy questions on Qbank were that representative.
I liked the Behavioral sci questions b/c they do get you thinking about things in the right way.
Biochem were good as there are only so many questions you can ask about those diseases and pathways so they were a good review of what angles questions would come from.
Path of course is important
