Besides Pharmacy schools in NY and CA, Which ones has most Asian population?

The ones in China, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, Tibet, South Korea, North Korea, Vietnam, Laos, Indonesia.

Middle East and the vast majority of Russia (Siberia) are also considered Asia.

Add in NJ to the list [rutgers in particular]

Obviously, cause Asians rock!

Either that, or OP doesn't like Asians and wants to stay as far away as possible.

We had one half-minority in my class. A half Asian dude. The rest of our class, nothing but honkeys. Yeah, I'd stay away from WVU if you are after hot Asian chicks. Which is the only reason I'd assume you're asking. There are a few...but not in numbers.

stick to california

the end.

thread closed.

u asked the same question in the pre-pharm forum too. why is it so important to you? and seriously, why does it even matter?

It would probably be: USC, then UCSF, UOP....

midwest schools may have a couple black students

but compared to the rest of the country, its the closest to zero as you can get

My guess would have been Idaho.

If you're referring to schools with no black students, you'd be wrong. We're pretty homogenous, but not THAT white. In general, though, our student body is representative of Idaho's population (~95% white, but this stat includes Hispanics). I guess the land of potatoes, lentils, cows and nuclear power doesn't hold much attraction for a lot of folks!

Why does everyone keep asking why it matters? It's a legitimate question.

Why does anything matter? Perhaps he/she is simply curious. Perhaps they want to be in a cultural environment where they feel comfortable? Maybe they play badminton competitively or like being around bad drivers?

I'm from a very culturally diverse area, and people ask questions like this all the time, not maliciously, but simply out of curiosity.

And if it kills the cat, Asians will eat it.

way to murder an already horrible thread 👍

And you gave a great answer. You sir, win a 2009 Dipiro's book.

HAHAHA :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh: not where I went to school (midwest) I think there were less than 5 asians in my class of 150 :laugh::laugh::laugh::laugh:

Ohio State here, class of 116, about a dozen asians. We got 5 vietnamese, 2 indonesian, and 2 korean. And suprisingly only 2 chinese in pharmacy school, but a TON of chinese in graduate pharmacology school (they are taking over the pharmacy lunch room!). :scared:

At UMich there's about 30 in our class of 75. Mostly Cantonese Chinese.

UBC (Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada).

washington state. about 60 out of 85 are asians for class of 2012 😱

Such a fascination with asians. I guess I should be glad we are so popular?
