Hello
I signed up for the Kaplan course and that is coming to an end and I have purchased the OAT Destroyer and was planning on working through that with the little over a month I have before I take the OAT. My question is did anyone have a plan when first starting the destroyer? Or did you just pick a subject do 20-30 questions a day and do another subject the next day? Seems like an intense book I just want to be able to get the most out of it. If anyone has any advice I'd appreciate it! Thanks!

I bought the Destroyer maybe 2-ish months ago and my exam is coming up soon. I haven't finished general chemistry or organic chemistry (they both are pretty grueling and overkill...) but I think the road maps from OCHEM are extremely beneficial. The biology is pretty awesome too... it took me awhile to get through all 500+ questions but it really pinpointed my weak areas. As for physics, it's in topical order. I found it most beneficial to split that section up by topics. As I went along with the practice problems, I wrote down any equations or concepts I came across and made sure to review those concepts the next day. I've been rotating what I study M-Thursday, reviewing any concepts/facts/etc I was rusty on, on Friday... and usually practice timed sets/exam on the weekend.

^ Do you guys think it's important to use the latest version of the OAT Destroyer? Or are other versions really similar?

Thanks for your input! I'm not sure what you mean by road maps? Like is it a study guide to go through the book?

It's in the book!! Right after the solutions (in the 2015 destroyer)! And those 25 must know reactions , definitely learn I know I had like 5 of them on my OAT the first time I took it... Wish I had the book then !
