most important basic science classes for EM?

for all you residents and attendings out there that are practicing EM, what do find are the most important basic science classes for the field of EM? what do you think are the least important from the first two years? thanks.

Personally I found Anatomy, pathology, and our physical exam classes to be most helpful (but it has been a few years now).

Least helpful was biochem.

I find myself reviewing anatomy most often, which surprised me. Other important ones include, Microbiology, Pathology, "Organ System" kind of stuff, Physical Exam and History Taking, and Pharmacology. Rock climbing 101 was also an important aspect of my first 2 years.

Wait - you mean the first two years of Medical School were important? OOPS!

"Recreational Pharmacology"

Seriously, anatomy, pharm, physiology, and path would top my list. Neuro somewhat so. Anything histological you can safely forget after you pass your boards. What you need to remember from microbiology is pretty much limited to what you'd remember from pharm.

What are the rest of the basic sciences?
