Which physicians are the most and least satisfied with their choice of specialty?

Which physicians are the most and least satisfied with their choice of specialty?

I would guess that the most satisfied would be the ones who chose a specialty most in line with their personality and priorities and based their decision on research and true understanding. Conversely, the least satisfied would be the ones who chose their specialty based on what their ideal notion of the work would be and not reality.

It seems like orthopods are the most "satisfied", and pediatricians are the least, with those in the north central US the "most satisfied":

In another, more accurate way, dermatologists are the most satisfied and primary care docs and pulmonologists the least.
