MOST like the REAL DAT

Barron's?>>>I have no experience with this.
DAT Destroyer?>>>Much more challenging than what you'll ever see on the real DAT. Nevertheless, this is a great tool to practice for the DAT.
Topscore?>>>The sciences and the RC are somewhat similar to the real DAT. However, the QR and PA are way easier than what shows up on the real DAT.
Kaplan?>>>The PA section is a joke compared to the real DAT. In science (Specially G-chem and O-chem), KAPLAN focuses a lot on concepts; whereas, the real DAT focuses more on problem solving and doing reactions.
Crack DAT PAT?
>>>Some sections are similar to the DAT (hole punch, pattern folding, front-top, and angle ranking) and some sections are somewhat easier (Key holes). You won't see any illusion questions on the DAT, like the ones you see in CDP.

So, in reality, none of these tests alone are similar to the DAT. You have to do most of them in order to get an accurate idea of what you'll see on your exam.

Barron's?
DAT Destroyer?
Topscore?
Kaplan?
Crack DAT PAT?

I did not use Barron's

The rest, you need to use ALL of them to be prepared.

Destroyer is harder but will prepare you well. I had some q's straight off of it on my exam.

Topscore is great for real simulations, and I thought the ochem section was very accurate to the real thing

Kaplans subject tests are great for the foundations.

Crack DAT PAT is great for PAT

Dont forget about your textbooks. Esp for the bio section!!!

Thats a tough one to ask. Personally I think each has their own strengths/weaknesses.
To start..forget about Kaplan PAT...waay easier than real thing..especially angles.
Barron's has the best reading comprehension and i found it made the real thing easier.
Topscore pro had awesome sciences that made the real thing seem easier too.
CDP is definetly an awesome software..and was very similar tothe real thing.
To sum it all up...just do everything you can get your hands on..more practice..the more you re ready!

Orgolover, i think this was the thread you were referring to. i think it answers my question sufficiently.
