I was wondering which school's admission likes to have students contact them. I am a huge VCU fan, and i find VCU to be quite responsive when i contact them.

What other schools like us bugging them? 😀

Certainly not Columbia and UW.

Louisville. Extremely nice and helpful.

That's funny, because when I called to make sure they had received my DAT scores, they didn't even bother to look in my file; they just said, "if you designated us as a school, then we got them." They wouldn't check for me, whereas every single one of my other schools did. Maybe he was having a bad day? Idk

Maybe I'll try that next time :meanie: but literally, it was like a 20 second phone call I'm sure.

When I called ASDOH to check up on the status of my application, they thanked ME for "taking the time" to call and check in with them! That surprised me, given their large # of applicants.

NYU, Case, Creighton, and UOP were all nice on the phone. (I was calling to check on my committee letter, which was mailed directly from my school instead of through AADSAS, due to a time crunch).

UW was a challenge to get a hold of (left 2 phone messages, and emails weren't going anywhere), but they were nice once I finally did. Their phone message says they are very busy and understaffed, so I'd recommend not calling unless you need to call them (I had two specific questions I believed justified a call), and your questions are NOT "Have you looked at my application yet? When will I hear from you?," etc., etc.
