2 days in advance, i believe. Total actual hours were around 8 hours.
About the same for me. I learn the material best when it's taught to me verbally and I get to take notes 😛 hours in the library don't come close to producing the benefits I get from attending a lecture.
Hmm. I'm the opposite. To really learn the material, I basically sit down and rewrite the book in my own words.

i spent about 50 hours in the three days leading up to my physical chemistry final
still got an 80
6-8 hours ish for a huge final that determined by grade. I'm only a second year, so take that as you will.

I think I studied 50 for one of my tests (full week, 7 hours a day) but honestly, this information is useless. Some people study for a A while others study just to pass, some people have El Diabolo as their professor while others have a cupcake, some students are studying quantum mechanics while others are studying advanced basket-weaving.
My point is that it doesn't matter what others are studying. If someone asked me how much they should study for a test, I'd tell them study as much as it takes. That's pretty much all that matters. Study as much as it takes you to reach your goals.

I put in at least 60 hours into my Orgo 2 final.
What the hell is studying? 😕
The day before the exam usually. 😎
What class was it?
I agree 100%, though i'm surprised you studied fulltime each day.
To be honest, I studied more than just a week now that I think about it. I started studying for that test two weeks before the test because the class was just that scary, though I didn't begin my all-day study until the week before the test. It was for one of my physics classes: mechanics. It was a horrible class. For example, one question had you calculate the trajectory of a missile launched from a plane while accounting for a bunch of crap like the rotation of the Earth. It more than paid off in the end 😉
