I have a fairly decent overbite (no, I don't look like bugs bunny) and find that regular like...2 buck mouthguards are very irritating to wear. I tried everything, like thinning the front a bit by shaving some of the rubber and cutting a couple centimeters off the back, but that still is pretty uncomfortable because the front rubber bit makes my upper lip protrude. Are there any commercial mouthguards out there that can lend a solution, or would I have to get one specially made by my dentist (which could cost up to 200 bucks?)
