Lets say I apply to a different chain, would this other chain match and exceed what my current chain is paying me?

They will probably match your current vacation allotment but you need to ask for it. Make sure it is in your offer letter. If your salary is in their range they will probably match it. They will only exceed if your current salary is below market or they are filling a hard to fill slot. At least that is what I did when I hired pharmacists from other chains.
