Looks like you are an Indian graduating from Russia. I am too. I graduated in 2000 now in US for last 7 years in Genral surgery then did specialization in Trauma and Critical Care surgery.

I have an advice for you and believe me it comes from experience. For UK, Canada, US or Australia everywhere you have to take licening exam just like in India the MCI exam. For UK it is PLAB, US it is USMLE, Canda it is MCCQE, Australia as well.

The questions is where can you get Surgery easily well the answer is nowhere it is easy. For Canada and Australia you have to be permanent resident. For UK you will not get training post but surgery jobs only after PLAB and MRCS and in US there is terrible discrimination against foreign grads to get into Surgery.

What you should do...go to India and try to pass licensing exam at the same time study for USMLE, PLAB, Candian and Australian exam all are conducted in India. Get married to citizen of any of the above countries and then go from there. Remember if you have even one attempt on USMLE you will not get residency training.

Best of luck.
